Terms and Conditions 5gcuci — Platform Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 5gcuci, an online entertainment platform operating under the domain name 5gcuci.onl. This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between you (the user) and 5gcuci (the platform operator).

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 5gcuci platform — including the website, mobile app, games and customer support services — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the 5gcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration. 5gcuci strictly enforces this age requirement and will not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use the platform.
• You must be a legally valid individual and be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction.
• Your use of the 5gcuci platform must not violate any laws, regulations, or ordinances applicable in your location.
• You may not register or use the platform if your account was previously terminated by 5gcuci for breach of terms.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

5gcuci reserves the right to request proof of identity to verify eligibility at any stage of platform use. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

3. Account Registration & Security

The account registration process at 5gcuci requires you to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for ensuring your profile information is kept up to date at all times.

3.1 Identity Verification Process (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform security and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 5gcuci implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all members. You are required to:

• Submitting a legible and valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Submitting proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Providing information on the payment method used for deposits.

KYC verification is typically completed within 15 minutes during office hours. All submitted documents are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 5gcuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. 4. Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, RHB Now, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost. The minimum deposit is RM10 and there is no maximum limit for regular deposits. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within seconds.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. All withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on business days. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy expedited processing priority. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is permitted.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific circumstances approved by the support team.
• Any bonus received must meet the stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.

4.3 Transaction Fees

5gcuci does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own charges in accordance with their respective policies. 5gcuci is not responsible for any fees levied by such third parties.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5gcuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in the respective promotion details.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Bonuses are only valid for the specified period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• 5gcuci reserves the right to void any bonus where there are indications of abuse or fraud.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member. Attempts to claim the new member bonus multiple times are prohibited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.

5.2 Cashback Programme

The weekly cashback program is calculated based on total net losses over a one-week period. The cashback percentage depends on your VIP membership tier. Cashback is automatically credited every Monday and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the 5gcuci platform are operated in accordance with the specific rules and conditions of each game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game you join before placing any wagers.

• All game outcomes generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical failure or internet disconnection during a game, 5gcuci will attempt to restore the game session where sufficient data exists to do so. If restoration is not possible, the bet amount may be refunded at management's discretion.
• Wagers that have been placed cannot be cancelled once the game has started.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as stated in the respective game interface.
• 5gcuci reserves the right to limit or prohibit any wagering strategy deemed to exploit system vulnerabilities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately without any refund:

• Identity fraud: Registering using false information or documents, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Use of third-party software: Using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts or colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms.
• Hackers and cyberattacks: Any attempt to breach our systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Payment fraud: Making deposits using unauthorized or stolen credit cards or bank accounts.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing illegitimate chargebacks after using funds for gameplay.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

5gcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicious activity or indications of financial fraud.
• Termination request submitted by the member themselves.

If your account is terminated for reasons that do not involve a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance in your account will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 business days. If termination is due to fraud or a breach of terms, funds may be forfeited at the discretion of the management team.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes can also be processed through the same channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

5gcuci and any of its affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Platform disruption or unavailability due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors or omissions in information contained on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information displayed on the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, the maximum total liability of 5gcuci to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendment of Terms

5gcuci reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our website. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to members via email or in-platform notification when significant changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining funds.
